Join Our Team: Who We’re Looking For

Current Opening: Fiber Splicer

We are seeking an experienced Fiber Splicer to join our team in Spokane, WA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in splicing, terminating, and testing fiber optic cables. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of fiber optic networks and the ability to work in various environments. 

Key Responsibilities:

 ✔ Splicing & Termination – Perform precise fusion and mechanical splicing of fiber optic cables.


✔ Installation & Maintenance – Install, maintain, and repair aerial, underground, and indoor fiber optic networks.


✔ Testing & Troubleshooting – Use OTDRs, power meters, and visual fault locators to ensure performance and diagnose issues.


✔ Documentation – Maintain accurate records in compliance with industry standards and company protocols.


✔ Collaboration – Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to execute projects efficiently.


✔ Safety Compliance – Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure working environment. 

Qualifications:

✅ 2+ years of fiber optic splicing and maintenance experience


✅ High school diploma or equivalent (Fiber Optic Technology certification preferred)


✅ Proficiency in using fusion splicers, OTDRs, power meters, and testing devices


✅ Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints


✅ Comfortable working at heights, confined spaces, and lifting up to 80 pounds


✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean record (DOT certification a plus)
